All services are subject to availability, medical need, doctor discretion, and payment completion as per hospital policy.

All patients undergoing any diagnostic, surgical, or therapeutic procedures must:

• Clarify doubts before signing.

We are not responsible for outcomes arising from refusal to sign consent or failure to disclose relevant history.

Our 24x7 emergency department is equipped with ICU beds, ventilators, and trauma support. Please note:

• Immediate payment may be required in some emergency cases.

• ICU decisions are made by medical authorities only.

We ensure timely and ethical response but cannot guarantee outcomes in critical cases.

Where offered, teleconsultation services:

• Are provided through secure platforms.
• Are suitable for minor symptoms or follow-ups.
• May not substitute for physical examination.
• Do not apply in emergencies, surgeries, or diagnostics.

Teleconsultations may be recorded for quality. Misuse of the platform will result in termination of service.
